The 2010 series includes:
Age
Graded Placing
Results for this year's Snoqualmie Valley Cup will
once again be calculated using the World Masters Athletics (WMA)
age-grading tables. Age grading is a handicapping system intended to
level the playing field based on age and gender. USATF LDR (USA Track
and Field, Long Distance Running) is in full support of age grading and
has worked to encourage its adoption nationwide.

Age grading lets you compare your best efforts at
different ages, revealing improvements that might not be so obvious
otherwise. It allows you to race your friends or family, regardless of
age. It allows you to set goals based on a new standard of
accomplishment...And
it might just reenergize your running.
